Our 115-year-old villa is set in nearly an acre of seasonal gardens. It has been lovingly restored and adorned with yesteryear's furniture and today's lovely rich colours, which enhance the enchanting architecture of older homes like this.

Kaipara House offers you the Victorian suite - a spacious doublewith queen bed, ensuite and television for $130 a night including continental breakfast served in our separate guest lounge/breakfast room.

We also have two self-contained Studios, facing north and east with your own open flame gas fireplace. With Queen beds, ensuite and kitchenette you, can have either a rural view or look over our picturesque garden with its gazebo and large ozone chlorine-free spa. Quality linen and furnishings. Rate: $130.00 per night including continental breakfast.
