A message from the Editor

Helensville is all about community. We are part of Auckland City and only 60 minutes from the centre of the Helensville News editor Dave Addison biggest city in the New Zealand, but our town and the surrounding rural areas and townships retain that close-knit, small-town rural feel.

The Helensville News aims to keep locals informed of the important news affecting Helensville and the South Kaipara area, provide an insight into the many interesting personalities that make up our community, and keep locals up to date with events and activities in the area.

If you have any ideas for good articles, or know of someone with an interesting story to tell, please get in touch.

And if you want to advertise, click here to learn more.
